Short & Sweet Review: Dark Space by Lisa Henry

Dark Space (Dark Space, #1)Dark Space by Lisa Henry

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Ah, this book… I don’t think I’ve ever cried during a sex scene before, but I did here and it was awesome. The whole thing was a tumble of raw emotion that was a freakin’ seamlessly spun symphony. Sadness and lust and humor and pitch-perfect, often poetic prose. And goddamn sci-fi, which I know I love, but don’t read enough of. I adored Brady (Whatever). He was so well fleshed out and so, so likable. Gah! I’m sorry it’s over, but it really was making me shirk all my life duties.

With this, Lisa Henry moves onto my most wanted list.

I just picked up Sweetwater but I’m not opening it until I vacuum a floor or something.
