So, if you subscribe to my blog via email, you may have seen this little blip on your radar. I hope not. Oh, New WordPress Post Screen, I shake my fist at you! While I was lining this up the other night on that shiny new (evil) screen, my computer got hung up while scheduling for today’s date. I walked away and gave it some time, then came back. The little bar at the top indicated that WordPress had gotten to about 90% done and then quit for the day, so I clicked schedule once again. And then the damn thing posted immediately.

I broke out in sweaty hives and tore it down posthaste (just a little blog humor, there), but since I’m a wiener who subscribes to my own blog, I checked the email and saw the evidence of my premature release splashed all over the screen.

I guess I couldn’t help myself because this cover is so sexy and so many of the authors who were involved in this project (80+!) get my motor running on a regular basis. Yeah “From Chicago, With Love,” you’re to blame for being so darn exciting.

I need to be horse whipped, I know. It’s the only thing for me, really.

Anyway, if you’re lucky enough to be going to GRL this year, you’ll have the orgasmic opportunity to pick up this cool compilation.*
