Double Takes is Available for Pre-order! #save #money #duh

So, I’ve been a hardcore hose bag lately, editing Shooting Stars #3, writing blog posts for my Double Takes tour, and begging all of the wildly fabulous blogger-type people around for a bit of air time on their cyberspace.

Needless to say, I’ve been remiss on updating my own bit of internet real estate. Lazy-sloth-unorganized-butt-munch, thy name is Kimber.

So, here’s the latest: Double Takes is available for pre-order on Liquid Silver Books!  Yeah, boy! You can get it for $3.99 versus $4.99. That’s a hot dollar you can spend on…well, a coffee at Mickey D’s! How sweet is that? My latest rock/reality TV star book AND a fucking cup of coffee!

I’d throw in a hand job but I’m over here and you’re over there. Just know I was good for it.

Also, I’m not sure I ever posted my trailer here.

Jeez. It’s almost like I’m a natural blonde with a list of things to do only she keeps losing the list and starting a new one and losing that one and getting distracted by pictures of cute boys on the internet…

ANYWAY, enjoy this bit of movieness I made all by myself! 🙂

A Gay One Night Stand

Guest post by Shiloh Saddler

A long time ago I asked a friend who knew the romance publishing business what was a major difference between a straight romance and a gay romance. Her answer? There are a lot more gay one night stand stories. Men aren’t as much into the romance as they are into the sex. She also pointed out that women were a high percentage of gay romance readers. Needless to say her answer blew my mind.

I came out of the closet right then and there and confessed that I liked to read GLBT romance too. She recommended I write a one night stand story. Her recommendation has been percolating as I waited for inspiration to strike. When it hit it came in western form!

Cowboys are sexy. Cowboy on cowboy is even hotter. *grin*

Country Crush Blurb:CountryCrush_MED

Country singer Will Conrad is afraid coming out will tank his career. Being a celebrity makes it difficult to pick up a man and keep things secret. A gay one night stand online dating site is his salvation. While he is performing in Las Vegas he agrees to meet the real cowboy with whom he has been corresponding.

A car accident left championship team roper Blake Bonner with a paralyzed leg and a wounded heart. Now fully recovered, he is ready for a relationship, but will his blind date want to be topped by a cripple and will he treat him like a whole man?

When Blake finds out his date is Will Conrad he can’t believe it. He’s been his country crush since he hit the country music scene. But when the paparazzi catch them together will their burgeoning relationship be able to brave the media storm?

Excerpt:

“Being on the road doesn’t give you much time for a sex life.”

Will grunted. “You could say that again.”

Working on the road. Moving from city to city. That was something the two men had in common. Something bothered him though. Was Will truly gay? Or was he bi? He’d seen plenty of pictures with women hanging on his arms. Was that just a cover?

He couldn’t just come right out and ask. He had to put it in less accusing terms. “So why did you resort to going on GayMeetUp.com to get a one night stand?”

Will let out a long breath, his cheeks expanding. “It isn’t like I can just pick up a man in a gay bar.” He arched an eyebrow. “Can you?”

“Well…no. Ovando, Montana does not have a gay bar.”

“Exactly.”

Blake rubbed the side of his chin. “So I reckon we both set up profiles for the same reason.”

“And according to the compatibility test they thought we’d be perfect for each other,” Will said.

For a one night stand. The Bud gave him just enough buzz to loosen his tightly wound nerves.

Will stood, grabbed their empty baskets, and tossed them in the trash can. “I’m going to take a quick shower. Those stage lights always make me sweaty. Feel free to make yourself comfortable.”

“Okay. I think I’ll head to the bedroom.”

“Good choice.” The heat in Will’s eyes made Blake’s core tingle.

“Right after the bathroom. Follow me.” Will led him down the hallway to the back end of the tour bus. He opened the door revealing a large bed covered in a forest green comforter, and an acoustic guitar resting up by one of the pillows.

“Where do you want me to put the guitar?”

“Wherever you want. I’ll be right back.” Will disappeared into the room next door and Blake heard the rush of water.

Instantly he imagined the man’s body naked. All he wanted to do was walk through that door, wrap his arms around Will, and press his mouth to any body part he could easily reach. The man was a walking cover model, and he knew it, but that didn’t stop Blake’s body from reacting like a horny teenager. Picturing water sluicing over Will’s naked chest made his temperature skyrocket. Damn he was sexy.

Of course, he wasn’t physically capable of standing in the shower and kissing Will the way he deserved to be kissed. Blake hobbled over to the bed and ran his hand across the simple guitar. Will had played this guitar, his fingers strumming the strings. He didn’t care where he put it, he mused to himself. Maybe it wasn’t that important to him and he could keep it. He desperately needed a souvenir of his time with Will than just his memories. No one would believe he’d been with the country music sensation. He bit his lip. He couldn’t out Will though…

Covert Delivery by Draven St. James: Book Blast Tour

CovertBloggers

Today I have a fun excerpt from Draven St. James’ new release, Covert Delivery & the author is giving away an ecopy of her book to a lucky winner!

Here’s the blurb:

Aspen Starr is in a bind and not in a good way. His father is trying to use him to sweeten a business deal and being a bought boy toy holds no appeal. Just when he thinks he has no options left Sundae’s Custom Easter Baskets knocks at his door. Soon he finds himself blindly following a trail right into the path of a sexy new boss and a whole new mess of carnal complications.

Garren Thomas has rules and one of those is to never get involved with an employee. Easy to say, harder to enforce when Aspen is hired on. With each passing day Garren’s control slips until all he wants to do is spend his days with Aspen in his bed.

When faced with giving into his desires, Garren sees his simple life being torn apart. Can he get Aspen out of his system without losing his heart? Aspen isn’t much better off. He is drawn to Garren, but he can’t help the fear that the secrets from his past will destroy it all. As Aspen’s begins to lose himself within the confusion of sex and love one question plagues him: who sent the basket?

DS_EB_CovertDelivery1

Excerpt:

Garren pushed away from the wall and into the light of the lobby. “Looks like I missed out on a lot.”

Aspen ducked his head and went to his desk to dig around in a drawer. The first time Taylor had sent him shopping for office supplies, Aspen had bought random sheets of kids’ stickers. On the rare occasion Taylor performed child evaluations, a little bribery to bring out good behavior never hurt. Aspen came away with two sheets of fairy stickers. “Not too much. We’re working on crowns and a new kingdom.” Aspen swerved around Garren, his eyes twinkling. “Do you want a crown?”

Garren narrowed his eyes on Aspen. He put his hands on Aspen’s shoulders to stop him and leaned in to whisper, “That was low. There’s no way I can refuse those pixies. I’m going to end up with a glittery, construction-paper crown glued to my head, aren’t I?” Aspen looked over his shoulder. “Don’t worry there won’t be glitter on yours. I’ll be the queen,” he murmured with a grin. “So you’ll need to fill the role as king.”

Garren shook his head. “You’re trouble.”

Aspen shimmied to dislodge Garren’s hands. “You just figured that out?” With a resigned sigh Garren followed him. “Girls, I found someone else who needs a crown,” Aspen declared, gesturing at Garren.

The tykes jumped up and down. Garren fought the urge to reach out and hug Aspen for giving them this moment of levity even at Garren’s expense. Aspen held out the stickers, and the enthusiasm magnified until the girls were dancing around the room. “Thank you, thank you, thank you,” the girls chanted in a singsong fashion.

A softly murmured, “Oh my,” came from behind Garren. Garren turned to yet again see the shimmer of tears in Mrs. Burgett’s eyes, but a smile accompanied the moisture.

Aspen grinned back at her. “I hope you don’t mind. The girls have been fantastic. We’ve managed to make crowns and bracelets.” “Even for you, Mommy,” one of the twins piped up and ran over to Mrs. Burgett to carefully hand her the items as though they were made of glass. Mrs. Baker cradled them. “Thank you, Maryann.”

“Becca and Mr. Aspen helped,” Maryann replied. “And we ate apples and cheese crackers,” Becca added. Garren looked briefly at Aspen. He’d seen Aspen eating the same things earlier in the week.

“That was very nice of Mr. Aspen,” Mrs. Burgett said with a hitch in her voice. “But we have to go now, girls.”

“Oh,” the girls replied with exaggerated pouts on both their faces.

“Say thank-you to Mr. Aspen,” Mrs. Burgett directed. Both girls ran over to Aspen and threw their arms around his waist. “Sorry we didn’t get a chance to make your crown,” Becca said.

“That’s fine, sweetheart. I’ll be sure to make a matching one when you leave,” Aspen assured her.

“You need to make two,” Maryann interjected. “One for the big king behind you. That way we’ll know you’re helping rule the kingdom even if we can’t see you.” Garren wanted to pick the girl up and hug her. Tell her that everything would work itself out and she’d never be hurt again. While it was a possibility if Mrs. Burgett went through with the charges, he wouldn’t make promises he couldn’t keep.

“Thank you, Mr. Aspen,” Mrs. Burgett said. “You don’t know how much I appreciate you taking care of my girls.”

“You’re welcome,” Aspen responded. Maryann and Becca skipped over to their mom, and grabbed hold of her hands as they exited the office. Garren stared after their retreating backs. He grimaced at the tattered clothes and worn shoes. His jaw clenched, and he pivoted and stalked back to his office. The lump in his throat threatened to shatter his control of his emotions. He made it through the door, placed his hands on his desk, and breathed deeply. Mrs. Burgett reminded him of his mother.

Aspen lightly touched his back, and Garren jerked around to gaze at him. “I know you’ll do all you can,” Aspen confided.

“And you?” Garren cracked and cupped Aspen’s face with one hand. “You gave those little girls your lunch and made them laugh. You took away their stress and let them be kids.”

Aspen glanced away. “I did what anyone else would do. They deserve to have as much joy as every other child.”

“You’re wrong. Not everyone would do what you did. I think most would have set them in the lobby and spent the time telling them to be quiet.” Garren had seen that reality time and time again. Aspen shrugged. Garren caved and leaned in until his lips were mere inches from Aspen’s. “You are so beautiful.” Aspen didn’t back away. His breath came faster, and his eyes flashed with that same glow Garren had seen in the past.

“Garren,” Aspen whispered with a thread of uncertainty. Garren brushed his thumb over Aspen’s full lower lip, and desire zinged through his body when Aspen’s tongue peeked out to trace the path. Garren’s brain screamed what a huge mistake kissing Aspen would be, but at that point he wasn’t being ruled by his head.

Sepia Shot of a Young Kissing Couple.Happy spring!  Few words are sweeter on my fingertips after the long, hard winter we had. I probably say that every year. They always seem to go on and on, and I know parts of the country have been bent over and slammed harder than the North East, but still…

Blurb:

Ah, the life of a rock star. Everyone thinks it’s nothing but sex, drugs, and rock and roll.

Not for Giovanni Savale.

For the lead singer of Three Deaf Mice, a band that reached its pinnacle in the late nineties, it’s nothing but an ugly divorce with a custody battle, money trouble, and now the nightmare exposure of starring in a reality television show. When his producer decides to cash in on an infamous interview Gio did years ago, and give the self-confessed bisexual rocker an onscreen boyfriend, things really hit the fan. Gio is certain his sexual experimentation back in his drug-abusing days meant nothing—after all he’s been married for nine years, clean and sober for nearly as long, and he has a son. And Gio is not remotely attracted to Kyrie, the funny, flamboyant actor they choose for his love interest. Of course, Lance Garrett, the mysterious and sexy owner of the local antique shop, Double Takes, is a whole different story. The man has Gio planning out a future he never imagined. With the threat of losing all custody of his ten-year-old son, ghosts from the past returning for revenge, and the cameras rolling, can Gio keep his head above water and his heart from getting broken?

****

To celebrate my coming release (that sounds dirty, huh?) here’s a teaser from Double Takes to whet your appetite.

————-

“How much more do you need?” Lance’s face was stone serious.

“For what? You want to rent a sailboat and escape for a week? I got it covered.” He held up the paper to prove it.

“I want you out of this show. What’s left to pay back your advance?”

“Hmmm.” Gio glanced down again, disappointment warring with common sense. “Shit. I guess it’s just the fifty K they advanced me when I signed on for next season. I have maybe half that socked away still. Put a chunk of my initial payment into buying Christine out of the condo, and then Marco’s school … it was spent before I got it…” His voice trailed off as he looked up to see Lance bending over his desk. Good Lord, the man was temptation personified. The sound of paper tearing accompanied Lance standing straight. He turned and handed Gio a check for twenty thousand more than the printout in Gio’s hand.

“Does that work?” Lance took Gio’s fingers and pressed the paper into his palm.

“No. I mean, yeah, it would, but I can’t take your money. It’s only another week or two of filming. A little more tape with Kyrie, and then we break.” Gio paused to think it through. “Although, if I pay back my advance, I should be off the hook for the additional filming since, technically, we were done with this season.” He shook his head. “Maybe we can book a couple local shows, and I can scrape enough together—buy my freedom before work on season two starts. Or see if the bank’ll give me a line of credit on the house.” Not fuckin’ likely without a dime of equity. Gio tried to hand it back.

“Take it.”

This felt wrong. He was always the provider; never took a dollar from anyone unless he’d earned it. “I can’t, Lance.”

Lance stepped toward him and shook his head stiffly, his greenish gaze skewering Gio. “This is not for you. This is me being completely selfish.”

Gio frowned, mesmerized by Lance’s moving mouth despite his reservations.

“I don’t want to be jerking off in front of a computer screen when you’re a few miles down the road—as much fun as it’s been. I don’t want to see you kissing anyone else on my TV. I don’t wanna miss you like I do.” His palms covered Gio’s cheeks. “This isn’t for you. It’s for me.”

Gio hissed in a breath as he reached one hand behind Lance’s head while his other grabbed the guy’s hip and pulled their bodies flush. Their mouths crashed together, warm lips and steel wool cheeks pulling hungrily, grappling for purchase. Gio sucked Lance’s hot tongue into his mouth, groaning as his dick swelled at the familiar taste of his lover while his hand on Lance’s neck crushed their lips closer.

“God.” Lance shuddered as Gio bit a rough trail across his scruffy cheek and down his neck, Gio’s tongue soothing the sting his need couldn’t bridle. He grabbed Lance’s cock through his jeans, fingers reaching possessively under his denim-clad sac.

“Fuck.” Lance’s voice hitched in time with Gio’s rough hands all over his erection. “Do we have time for this?”

Gio pulled his mouth off Lance’s collarbone and glanced at his watch. “Five minutes to fuck you,” he said in a growl. “You want it?”

“Not long enough but I’ll take it.” Lance began to unbutton his pants with one hand as his other opened a drawer behind his desk.

Gio turned, kicked the office door closed, and twisted the lock. He flipped open his fly and released his painfully hard cock as he walked back toward Lance.

With one hand on his desk, Lance reached lubed fingers back to grease his hole. A light trail of flame-kissed fur led the path down to his tight, glistening entrance, and his slick fingertip teased the spot hypnotically. Gio bit his lip as raw animal desire tore through him. He grabbed the rubber on the desk and had it opened and on in a matter of seconds.

“Look out.” Gio’s voice was gruff, demanding, as he pushed a hand down on Lance’s back and aimed his dick with the other. Lance’s palms slapped the surface of the desk and his cheek followed as Gio surged inside.

Given To Fly, by Pearl Jam–Guest Post Sofia Grey

CIL tour banner

A colleague of mine was given a wonderful, and truly personal, birthday present last week. One of her closest friends had made her a mix-CD, of all their shared favourite songs – a soundtrack to her life. Songs from movies they’d watched together, concerts they’d attended, tracks they’d danced to at parties and in clubs, and holiday numbers too. Listening to them took her right back to times and places she’d forgotten, and made them fresh and noteworthy all over again. Music can do that.

Although I usually end up with a manuscript playlist of 12 – 15 tracks, some stick in my head during the writing process and to me, they sum up the story that I’m telling. It might be one track or an entire album, or in this case, one band in particular. I was on a Pearl Jam kick when I wrote Crash Into Love, and Jonah, my hero, has them as his favourite band.

Given To Fly was played a lot, and I know this song will always remind me of writing this story. The lyrics flow like poetry, deep and powerful:CiL_500

And he still gives his love, he just gives it away

The love he receives is the love that is saved

And sometimes is seen a strange spot in the sky

A human being that was given to fly

~

CassGreg’s voice was a lazy rumble from beside me. “Let our guest choose next. What d’ya fancy, Cass?”

“Choose what?” Some weird drinking game?

“A song.” Layla jerked her thumb at Jonah. “He can play almost anything.”

Of course, my mind went blank. Everyone stared at me, expectant. Time dragged out until I blurted the first name I could think of, a band I knew Dylan loved. “Pearl Jam?”

Jonah met my anxious stare with one of his tiny smiles and then ducked his head, fingers already sliding across the strings. I recognized the song, even though I couldn’t name it.Jonah Marsh

“Good choice,” drawled Greg. I glanced at him, anxious in case he was making fun of me, but I was wrong. He tugged Kari onto his lap and nuzzled the back of her neck, humming along, slightly off key.

~

Blurb:

Cass thought spending a month at a beachside hideaway relaxing and collecting shells would be the perfect escape to finish her novel. When she meets the dark and brooding and much younger Jonah, who’s staying next door, her book becomes the last thing on her mind.

Jonah would rather stay home alone than go on vacation with his brother and their friends, but does his best to tolerate the situation after being convinced to go. But when he sees the beauty next door, he can’t avoid his attraction.

Together, they break all the rules, but will Cass be able to bring Jonah out of his shell forever, or will he leave her with only the crash of the surf to keep her company?

Cover Reveal Bits & Bytes Print Anthology: Guest Post Allyson Lindt

On December 19, 2013, I released the final book in my Bits & Bytes contemporary romance series, Learning New Tricks. The entire series was a blast to write, and it was bittersweet to leave those characters behind.

But I am giving them all a new chance at a new distribution channel. I’ve decided to compile all four books into a single print anthology, available March 15, 2014. After working with the fabulous talent at EDH Graphics , she’s come up with an amazing cover to encompass all four books.

Learning New Tricks Excerpt

Archer intertwined his fingers with Tori’s and tugged her off the stool. “Come on.” His voice was gentle. “Let’s de-stress.”

She didn’t resist as he pulled her up the stairs to his apartment. She was glad she didn’t mind following him, because she’d used up all her arguments for the day. When they were inside, they both kicked their shoes off out of habit. He locked the door, and then turned her so her back was to him.

His hands rested on her shoulders, thumbs softly kneading her neck. “You were brilliant today.”

She tilted her head forward, moaning at the gentle touch. “I was terrified.”

The massage deepened, and his voice was soothing. “But the important thing is, you did it anyway.”

She leaned into the attention, not sure how to respond. His lips brushed the back of her neck, and she gasped in pleasure and surprise.

“Sorry. I shouldn’t have done that.”

“You should have.” She tilted her head to the side to expose more of her neck. She’d turned off the filter which kept her from speaking her mind; part of her wasn’t ready to turn it back on yet. Especially with other parts of her turned on by his touch, and his soft lips. “And you should do it again.”

His tongue glided up her skin until he met her ear, and his teeth nipped at the lobe. His whisper brushed her skin, sending a pleasant chill through her. “Have I ever told you how much I like it when you talk like that?”

Guest Post KayLyn Cooper of “Explosive Combination”

Thank you Kimber for inviting me today and helping me celebrate the debut of Explosive Combination and the launch of my romance writing career.

Thanks for stopping by, KayLyn! It’s great to have you here and congrats on your new release! 🙂 Mind telling us a bit about it?

After thirty years of writing for corporations, which verged on creative writing and pushed that fiction/non-fiction line sometimes, I leaped with joy over the line about two years ago.

I write Romantic Suspense because that’s what I enjoy the most; a good story filled with what I like to call “Run and Gun and LOTS of Fun!”

A very close cousin looked at me when I told her about this book and asked, “Why didn’t you write about cowboys? You know enough about them.”

That’s probably the reason I didn’t.

Weekends of my youth were filled with western horse shows. We’d fill the camper with my parents and all six kids (yes, I have four Alpha brothers and a sister) and a few strays from the neighborhood always managed to wiggle in as well. We’d pull a horse trailer with six to eight horses on board, park everyone in the grassy field next to a show ring and spend the weekend under the blazing sun and field lights at night.

By most accounts, it was every little girl’s dream; horses and cowboys.

By the time I reached seventeen, I’d had enough of both. I traded my mare in for the horsepower found under the hood of muscle cars and my boots for high heels.

I discovered bad boys were everywhere. Thank God! I finally found there were a few good men and some of them drove fast cars. Macho Marine had a Road Runner in those days and it could pass everything on the highway…except a gas station.

After following my Marine across the country and around the world for twenty-three years, he changed his uniform for khaki slacks and button-down shirts. But it was the men and women we met during those years of military service that are the inspiration for the strong women who handle their Alpha males in my books.

In Explosive Combination, ATF Special Agent Harper Tambini is kidnapped by a Colombian drug lord and forced to use her explosives knowledge to kill his competition before she can escape with the help of undercover CIA agent Rafe Silva. As they make their way through the rivers, mountains and jungles, their desire for each other detonates. But Harper reminds Rafe of his murdered fiancée, and the shadow world he wants to leave. Harper learned the hard way that men never stay, so now she doesn’t keep them around long enough to see if the sparks can light a fire that will last forever. In their short time together, can they crystalize a relationship, or will it all blow up?

Excerpt:

Rafe stood on Harper’s balcony and watched her sleep. He’d slipped undetected over the railing from his rooms next door. Christ, the Deputy Director of the CIA was involved. Rafe was now responsible for Harper’s safety and he vowed he’d die before he’d allow anything or anyone to hurt her.

Harper stirred. He crept to the bed and bent to shake her shoulder to awaken her.

She grabbed his arm and flipped him onto the bed face down, arms locked behind his back. She held a steak knife to his throat. His legs splayed, and her knee nudged his crotch.

“Harper,” he choked out in English, “I’m CIA. I’m one of the good guys. Let me up.”

She held her position. “You’re very high ranking in this organization to be CIA. How long have you been under cover?” She kept her face close to his and spoke in undertones.

Good. She wasn’t going to immediately blow his cover. “I started at the top. Narváez and I were college roommates. Now can you get off me?”

His heart beat rapidly for what seemed to take forever. The cold steel at his throat didn’t quiver. He heard her sigh and the pressure of her leg at his crotch ease. She finally removed the knife from his throat and slid off his back.

“I’d hoped someone was inside, but I didn’t think it was you.” She moved quickly away from him and braced herself on her knees, the knife still held in fighting position.

Rafe rolled onto his back and sat up. He rubbed where the blade had pressed, thankful not to feel any blood on his neck. “You’re good. I never saw you steal that from the supper table.” He glanced at the satisfied look on her face.

“Yes, I am good. The hardest part was to find some place under that dress that it wouldn’t imprint. The last thing I wanted was Narváez to strip-search me at the supper table.” She shuddered.

He fluffed a pillow and leaned against the headboard as he stretched out his legs that had gotten a nice little workout in the past two hours. The climb up the mountain wasn’t strenuous, but a gain of a thousand feet over two miles wasn’t a stroll on the beach. It was his crotch, not his burning thighs, that he wanted to rub. But he was too much a Southern gentleman to make such a crude move.

BIO

KaLyn Cooper’s romances blend fact and fiction with blazing heat and heart-pounding suspense. Twenty-two years as a military wife has shown KaLyn the world, and thirty years in PR taught her that fact can be stranger than fiction. She leaves it up to the reader to separate truth from imagination. She, her husband, and bird dog live in Tennessee on a micro-plantation filled with gardens, cattle, and quail. When she’s not writing, she’s at the shooting range or on the river.

Change of Plans

The video is just because I’m obsessed with it. I love Imogen Heap. This makes me want to read Homestuck Kids and get all crazy with the Yaoi.

❤ ❤ ❤

Anyway, my change of plans is something that’s been percolating for just a few days, but now that I’ve got my teeth in it I won’t likely let go. It’s like cutting my hair or dying it a funky color—I can’t stop thinking about it until it’s done, good idea or bad.

I’ve been writing on my 3rd book in my Shooting Stars series, getting awfully close to the dark moment and subsequent wind-down. Originally, I only planned to write 3 books in this series. Chance and Alex came to me one day, and then Gio stepped in at the end of their book and I knew he was next. Kyrie and Greg’s story was evident to me early on in Gio’s book (Double Takes, coming April 28th from Liquid Silver Books! Yay!). So, that was going to be it. Three books. Kyrie and Greg get their tale told and I wash my hands of this business and move on to sci-fi-y-er pastures. Heck, I even have the opening pages written for my crazy anti-super hero book and I’m salivating to get on that for real.

Thing is, Chance and Alex get a revisit in Double Takes (cue the wedding bells). And Gio and Lance get a little walk-on in book 3, so we get to see that they’re together and madly in love as ever. But what about Greg and Kyrie? When the curtain closes, that’s it? The end?

It’s gonna break my heart.

So, to be sure they are still together and fighting the good fight side by side in the future, I need to write another book (Kyrie is 23, mind you–it’s hard to pull off a believable HEA with a 23 year-old, right? Thank God Greg is sensible). I’m convinced I will be writing a Shooting Stars #4 at some point in the future. I’m also sure it will be another book about Kyrie and Greg, which will be different from the way I’ve done this series so far. Fuck it, I say. I’m dying to know what these guys are doing in a few years.

Only one way to find out. 😉
